Arts & Dreams practiced the art of self-love with an affirmation painting workshop hosted by JivamukTea Cafe in Union Square. Laura Baran talked about creative expression, and its huge role in helping her learn how to love herself. Painting loving affirmations and hanging them up to look at every day imprinted her mind with new, kind thoughts and contributed to easing her lifelong depression. She explained how we can all use our creativity to train our minds to think more lovingly. And, as Louise Hay says, when we really love ourselves, everything in our life works. This workshop was dedicated to Pat Geremia, mother of Arts & Dreams Co-Founder Patricia Geremia. Pat's loving kindness and generosity are unmatched. She only knew giving and she is forever in our hearts. We love you!
